Or someone who almost never becomes angry except when they blow up about certain topics? Are you one of those people? Sorry to hear that! Though the reality is that all people experience anger, irritability, and aggression; and yet, the field of psychology tends to focus much more on other emotions such as depression and anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s where ARG comes in: In ARG, we seek to better understand what it means to be angry, irritable, and aggressive and how we can better manage them. We especially hope to better distinguish one from another and to see how they might be experienced for people from all types of backgrounds.
