{"id":9,"date":"2023-04-10T12:42:36","date_gmt":"2023-04-10T12:42:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/center.antioch.edu\/asal\/?page_id=9"},"modified":"2023-06-01T17:03:19","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T17:03:19","slug":"printing-services-internal","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/center.antioch.edu\/asal\/services\/printing-services-internal\/","title":{"rendered":"Printing Services"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"773\" src=\"https:\/\/center.antioch.edu\/asal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/05\/Map_2_Glovers_Ledge-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-116\" srcset=\"https:\/\/center.antioch.edu\/asal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/05\/Map_2_Glovers_Ledge-1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/center.antioch.edu\/asal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/05\/Map_2_Glovers_Ledge-1-300x232.jpg 300w, https:\/\/center.antioch.edu\/asal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/05\/Map_2_Glovers_Ledge-1-768x594.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poster Printing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please send posters to the GIS Lab at least 48 hours before the poster is needed to ensure adequate time for review and printing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom sizes and price quotes are available upon request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students are allowed two posters free of charge per academic year and must include the AUNE logo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Color Printing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8.5&#215;11\u201d color sheets can be printed in the GIS Lab for $0.20\/page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For regular (8.5&#215;11) color prints, please send your files as PDFs to the GIS Lab at least 24 hours before they are needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individual students can print up to 5 free pages per semester.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student groups, on-campus centers, and departments who wish to use the GIS Lab printer must choose between the adjacent printing fees each semester.&nbsp;<strong>Unused funds will carry over to the next semester<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Printing Procedures and Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exact cash, checks, and internal transfers are acceptable forms of payment. Checks should be made payable to \u201cAntioch University New England\u201d with \u201cASAL poster printing\u201d or \u201cASAL color printing\u201d in the memo. They shall be submitted to the ES Department before printing (see \u201cMail to\u201d address at bottom of page).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Antioch&#8217;s academic and research needs should budget for printing costs if printing costs are an issue, contact ASAL Directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of the GIS Lab\u2019s color printer and plotter is limited to only GIS instructors, GIS Lab Manager, and GIS teaching assistants.
