Resolutions aren’t really my thing, but I’m a big fan of a fresh start. For me, January is the perfect mid-school-year opportunity to reflect, renew, and revise. Am I doing things that feel meaningful? Are the people around me helping me to be the person I want to be? What do I need to change (or keep the same) to keep moving towards my favorite of myself, personally and professionally?
Looking into 2024, that means I’m planning to spend more time learning from and with Critical Skills teachers- both the newest students in the PBL MEd and certificate programs and the longstanding members of our leadership community. I want to keep writing about what we’re learning. (Speaking of- have you seen our new free Coaching Tools?) Plus, we’ll be hosting our first post-lockdown face-to-face Critical Skills Immersion this summer and that’s definitely something to look forward to!
