This conversation shapes everything that follows; we don’t sell a fixed package before we understand your context\u2014 and your budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Matching the right entry point to where you are.<\/strong> Depending on your stage, goals, budget, and existing expertise, we work with you to combine workshops, coaching, and facilitated conversations to move everyone forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. A working plan tied to your Portrait, not a generic scope of work.<\/strong> We map your specific named competencies to methodologies and concrete classroom practices \u2014 planning documents, assessment tools, and exhibition formats your teachers can use right away. Some may already be in place; others may be new. This is the step where “resourcefulness” or “community” on a poster starts turning into something a teacher can actually plan a unit around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Implementation, with built-in reflection points.<\/strong> Whether it’s a single workshop or a longer-term coaching partnership, we build in checkpoints to reflect on what’s working and adjust \u2014 consistent with the same “systematic reflection” habit we ask of our students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Staying connected:<\/strong> Educators who work with Antioch faculty in any capacity join a standing network of practitioners who share tools, peer connection, and continued learning long after the initial engagement ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. <\/strong> Building capacity<\/strong>: We work with you to identify and train teacher leaders who can move into coaching roles as part of our Critical Skills Leadership Community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
