Resolutions aren’t really my thing, but I’m a big fan of a fresh start. For me, January is the perfect mid-school-year opportunity to reflect, renew, and revise. Am I doing things that feel meaningful? Are the people around me helping me to be the person I want to be? What do I need to change (or keep the same) to keep moving towards my favorite of myself, personally and professionally?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking into 2024, that means I’m planning to spend more time learning from and with Critical Skills<\/a> teachers- both the newest students in the PBL MEd<\/a> and certificate<\/a> programs and the longstanding members of our leadership community. I want to keep writing about what we’re learning. (Speaking of- have you seen our new free Coaching Tools?<\/a>) Plus, we’ll be hosting our first post-lockdown face-to-face Critical Skills Immersion this summer<\/a> and that’s definitely something to look forward to!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
